Zabee Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Zabee!

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Zabee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging. To request a refund, please contact us at Zabee Customer Service (cs@zab.ee) for returns and refunds with your order number and reason for the return.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. You will also be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to request a replacement or refund. We may require photos or additional information to process your request. In case of a defective or damaged item, we will refund full shipping cost both ways.

If the above policies are not followed, or the retruned item is not in the same condition, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee, or refuse the refund.
